Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing execution across these four brands—Hillmetrics, HMData, ABCBourse, and Bild—with a focus on digital marketing, content strategy, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-brand marketing operations across Hillmetrics, HMData, ABCBourse, and Bild
  • Develop and manage content strategy, copywriting, and editorial calendars
  • Execute digital campaigns (organic and paid) across social media, newsletters, and advertising platforms
  • Implement and optimize demand generation programs to attract and convert qualified leads
  • Execute brand guidelines as defined in collaboration with the senior management, ensuring visual and verbal consistency across all touchpoints

We are a multidisciplinary group, with a dedicated digital development company Bild in Podgorica,  focused on building innovative, secure, and scalable platforms for the financial services industry.

We are currently expanding our AI & Data team to build next-generation products that combine deep data science with real-world business value.

About the Role
As a Medior Data Scientist, you will contribute to both research and development initiatives and the delivery of commercial AI solutions. You’ll work on designing predictive models, developing LLM-powered applications, and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets. In close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team—including engineers, domain experts, and project managers—you will help shape AI-driven products that bring tangible value to clients across the Hillmetrics Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with large and complex datasets — from ingestion and processing to analysis and insight generation
  • Develop and apply machine learning models for prediction and automation
  • Build and optimise AI solutions using LLMs, orchestrating AI Agents, including prompt engineering and RAG systems
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate models into production environments
  • Design experiments and evaluate model performance
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
  • Strong Python skills (10/10), with a proven track record in production-grade code
