Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of multi-brand marketing operations across Hillmetrics, HMData, ABCBourse, and Bild
• Develop and manage content strategy, copywriting, and editorial calendars
• Execute digital campaigns (organic and paid) across social media, newsletters, and advertising platforms
• Implement and optimize demand generation programs to attract and convert qualified leads
• Execute brand guidelines as defined in collaboration with the senior management, ensuring visual and verbal consistency across all touchpoints
• Maintain strong brand awareness and positioning across all relevant B2B channels
• Oversee performance tracking through key KPIs and marketing dashboards; continuously improve strategies based on results
• Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to create compelling collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and other sales materials
• Align marketing efforts with go-to-market plans for new offers, features, or product verticals
• Support business development activities through integrated campaigns and outreach programs
• Plan and coordinate participation in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to elevate brand visibility and drive new business
• Develop field marketing programs tailored to specific geographies and customer segments (EU focus)
• Work closely with the company leadership to ensure aligned messaging and marketing impact
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability
• Guide future team expansion and talent development in marketing operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency, preferably working with IT, SaaS, or tech brands
• Proven ability to run multi-brand marketing activities
• Hands-on experience with social media tools, ad platforms, and content planning
• Experience working in early-stage or fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
• Based in Montenegro, with ability to work in a hybrid setup
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for storytelling, brand execution, and lead-generation alignment

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation,
• closing, and growing the customer base (upsell/cross-sell).
• Deploy a hybrid sales strategy (outbound & inbound) across our target
• markets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery teams (PMs, BAs, tech), and our
• partner network.
• Use advanced sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, ICP) to qualify and
• convert leads.
• Represent Bilat international events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in selling digital solutions & IT services.
• Strong command of long sales cycles with C-level stakeholders (CTO, CIO,
• CEO).
• Excellent negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and motivated by challenges in an agile
• environment.
• Experience selling solutions with high average deal sizes (€100K+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with large and complex datasets — from ingestion and processing to analysis and insight generation
• Develop and apply machine learning models for prediction and automation
• Build and optimise AI solutions using LLMs, orchestrating AI Agents, including prompt engineering and RAG systems
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate models into production environments
• Design experiments and evaluate model performance
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
• Strong Python skills (10/10), with a proven track record in production-grade code
• Experience with ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Understanding of how LLMs and transformer models function
• Experience with predictive technologies or ML-based product implementation
• GitHub portfolio or demonstrable projects involving AI/ML
• Good knowledge of OOP principles and software engineering basics
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
